A modern home design lends itself well to the energy efficient requirements of the Passive House standard. This family wanted a farm-style home that met 2030 energy efficiency standards, so we are quite proud of this project as it meets the stringent requirements of the Passive House standard without sacrificing the traditional look the Project Team wanted. Highlights of this home included a pre-fabricated structure that was erected in five days, extensive shiplap interior cladding, rustic beams, high quality millwork, an outdoor kitchen & a secret attic playspace for the kids!
