Chelsea - Step Code 3

Modern Views is a South facing modern home designed to energy step code 3. This home boasts an abundance of natural light with oversized windows, custom stairs with glass walls and a folding door providing a seamless transition from the kitchen to the back yard. The home has roof top decks, a home gym, a wine cellar and an in-law suite with lots of natural light.
